These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from and use of BH RUO. By accessing our website, submitting an order, or accepting delivery, you agree to these terms. BH RUO supplies laboratory research chemicals strictly for legitimate in-vitro research use. Products are not drugs, are not approved for human or veterinary use, and are not offered for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or personal use.

Research-use-only restrictions

All products are sold solely as research materials for qualified laboratory use. You may not use, administer, ingest, inject, apply, distribute, resell, or transfer any product for human or veterinary consumption or for any diagnostic or therapeutic procedure. You may not represent a BH RUO product as a medicine, supplement, treatment, or consumer product.

A product label, Certificate of Analysis, shipment record, or other documentation does not change these restrictions. Documentation supports material traceability and laboratory review; it is not a safety endorsement, clinical authorization, or suitability determination for a particular experiment.

Buyer eligibility and representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old, are a qualified researcher or an authorized purchaser for a qualified research organization, and are purchasing solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. You further represent that you have the facilities, training, procedures, and oversight required to receive, store, handle, and dispose of research materials safely and in compliance with applicable law.

BH RUO may request additional information to verify an order, account, intended use, or delivery location. We may refuse, cancel, limit, or hold any order when eligibility, compliance, payment, inventory, or shipment conditions are not satisfactorily met.

Acceptable use

• Use products only in a properly equipped laboratory and only for lawful in-vitro research.
• Follow all applicable laws, institutional policies, safety procedures, and waste-disposal requirements.
• Maintain appropriate control of products, lot records, and laboratory access.
• Do not purchase on behalf of a person or entity whose intended use would violate these terms.
• Do not misuse our website, product documentation, trademarks, or account systems.

Pricing, availability, and orders

Prices, descriptions, inventory, packaging, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, update product information, impose quantity limits, or discontinue materials at any time. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order request; it does not constitute final acceptance or a guarantee of availability. Payment authorization, account approval, and compliance review may be required before fulfillment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BH RUO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to products, documentation, website use, shipping, or an order. Our total liability for a claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid to BH RUO for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You are responsible for your laboratory’s handling, storage, use, disposal, and regulatory compliance. These terms do not limit liability where limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. BH RUO may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of use or purchase applies.
