Research Use Disclosures

BH RUO products are laboratory research materials only. They are not FDA approved, are not drugs, and are not for human or veterinary use. Products are supplied solely for legitimate in-vitro research by qualified researchers and laboratories. They are not intended for ingestion, injection, topical application, administration, or any other use in people or animals.

Not for clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use

BH RUO products must not be used in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. Nothing on this website, in product documentation, on a label, or in a Certificate of Analysis should be interpreted as medical, clinical, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, dosing, or safety advice. The presence of a purity result, identity information, sterility-related information, endotoxin-related information, or lot record does not establish that a material is appropriate for any purpose outside controlled in-vitro research.

BH RUO does not market products as medicines, supplements, treatments, or consumer goods. We do not provide guidance for administration, dosage, health outcomes, disease, personal use, or animal use. Requests that imply such a purpose may be declined.

Buyer responsibility

The buyer assumes full responsibility for safe handling, storage, use, transport, and disposal of every product. By purchasing or receiving a product, the buyer represents that they are a qualified researcher, or an authorized representative of a qualified laboratory, with the knowledge, facilities, procedures, and oversight needed to manage laboratory research chemicals responsibly.

• Use materials only in a properly equipped laboratory and only for lawful in-vitro research.
• Review the applicable label, lot number, Certificate of Analysis, and product documentation before use.
• Follow all applicable laws, institutional rules, laboratory safety practices, and waste-disposal requirements.
• Maintain appropriate access control, recordkeeping, and contamination-control practices.
• Do not transfer materials to any person or entity whose intended use is not consistent with this disclaimer.

Qualified purchaser requirement

Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and must purchase solely for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research. A purchase, quote request, account application, or delivery does not authorize prohibited use. BH RUO may request information about a buyer, research setting, order, intended use, or delivery location and may refuse, cancel, or limit orders that do not satisfy our research-use-only requirements.

Documentation and traceability

Lot labels and Certificates of Analysis are provided to support batch identification and laboratory traceability. They are not clinical documentation, a regulatory clearance, a certificate of fitness for a particular protocol, or a substitute for a laboratory’s independent qualification process. The buyer remains responsible for determining whether a material is suitable for its own lawful research protocol.

Questions and reporting concerns

For questions about batch documentation, contact lab@bhruo.com. For order or account questions, contact support@bhruo.com. If you receive a product with apparent shipping damage or a compromised seal, do not use it; retain the packaging and promptly contact support with the order number and lot number.
