BH RUO
Shipping Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
BH RUO ships research materials to qualified customers for legitimate in-vitro laboratory use. Products are not for human or veterinary consumption. Our shipping process is designed to protect material integrity, preserve lot traceability, and get documented material to your bench quickly. This policy applies to orders placed with BHPeptides, LLC d/b/a BH RUO through bhruo.com.
Where we ship
We currently ship to destinations within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders or reshippers acting on behalf of an international buyer. Orders with an international billing address may be accepted where the delivery address is a United States laboratory or business address, subject to review.
We ship to laboratory, institutional, and commercial addresses, and to residential addresses where the purchaser is a qualified researcher. We recommend a staffed address that can accept a package promptly, because several of our materials are temperature-sensitive. We are generally unable to ship to PO boxes where the carrier or service level does not support them; if a PO box is entered, we will contact you for an alternative address.
Shipping charges
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Orders below $200 are charged a flat standard shipping rate of $9.95. The rate that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before payment is submitted.
The $200 threshold is assessed on the merchandise subtotal after any discount codes or bundle pricing are applied, and before tax and shipping. Free shipping does not change delivery estimates, carrier service levels, or any special handling requirements for an order. Any additional service levels, expedited options, or special handling, along with their charges, are shown at checkout where available.
We do not collect duties or import charges, because we do not ship internationally. Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated and shown at checkout.
Processing and dispatch
Orders approved before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday through Friday are generally dispatched the same business day. Orders submitted after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays are generally handled on the next business day.
Approval is not automatic. We may need additional time for payment clearance, inventory and lot confirmation, address verification, documentation review, or temperature-sensitive packaging preparation. Because we accept bank transfer and wire payment, an order is normally released for dispatch once funds have cleared, which can add one to three business days depending on your bank. Bulk, wholesale, and made-to-order requests are quoted with their own lead time.
If we anticipate a delay of more than one business day beyond these expectations, we will contact you by email.
Transit times and tracking
Standard domestic transit is typically 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and service level. Transit time is separate from processing time, and neither is guaranteed. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or by the carrier are estimates, not commitments.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking reference once your package is handed to the carrier. Tracking information may take several hours to appear in the carrier’s system after the label is created. If tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch, contact support@bhruo.com and we will investigate.
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, transit is under the carrier’s control. Weather, carrier network disruption, incorrect address information, holidays, and local delivery conditions can all cause delays that are outside our control. We will help you pursue a carrier investigation where one is warranted.
Packaging and cold chain
We package research materials to support secure transit, clear identification, and reasonable protection of the product. Where appropriate, shipments include temperature-conscious or cold-chain packaging selected for the material and the anticipated transit conditions. Cold packs are intended to buffer normal transit conditions and are not a guarantee of a specific temperature throughout transit. Packaging is not a product-use recommendation and does not authorize any use outside legitimate in-vitro laboratory research.
Please arrange for prompt receipt at a suitable delivery location. On arrival, inspect the shipment, confirm the lot information against your packing documentation, and move the material to the storage conditions stated in the product documentation without delay. Do not use a vial if its seal, label, or packaging appears compromised, and contact us instead.
Arriving with a partly or fully thawed cold pack is common and does not by itself mean the material is compromised. If you are concerned about the condition of a temperature-sensitive shipment on arrival, photograph the packaging as received and contact us before opening any vial.
Split shipments and backorders
Where an order contains items with different availability or different handling requirements, we may ship in more than one package at no additional cost to you. You will receive separate tracking for each package. If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with an expected date and the option to wait, substitute an available dose, or cancel that line for a refund.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. We ship to the address as entered. Once a label has been generated we may be unable to change the destination, and carriers charge for address corrections and interception. If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a refused delivery, or a failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost. Where the material was temperature-sensitive and its storage chain cannot be verified on return, we may be unable to resupply that material.
Documentation with your shipment
Each shipment is supplied with lot information and a lot-matched Certificate of Analysis for the material provided. Documentation supports material traceability and laboratory review. It is not a safety endorsement, a clinical authorization, or a determination that a material is suitable for a particular experiment. If your documentation is missing or does not match the lot on the vial, contact us and we will correct it.
Damaged, missing, incorrect, and lost shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, or does not arrive at all, contact support@bhruo.com promptly and keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved. Reporting windows, the information and photographs we need, and the remedies available are set out in full in our Returns and Refund Policy.
Research-use restrictions
All shipments are supplied strictly as research materials for qualified laboratory use. Nothing about dispatch, packaging, cold-chain handling, or documentation authorizes use for human or veterinary consumption or for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose. See our Research Use Disclosures and Terms and Conditions.
