BH RUO
Track Your Order
Enter your order number and the billing email used at checkout to retrieve the current status of your shipment.
BH RUO provides shipment updates so qualified laboratory customers can follow an order from fulfillment through carrier delivery. All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro research use and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Tracking updates are operational information only and do not change the product’s research-use-only restrictions.
When orders dispatch
Orders cleared for fulfillment before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are generally dispatched the same business day. Orders received after that cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed on the next business day. Payment review, address verification, inventory review, account review, or cold-chain preparation may affect the dispatch timing.
When your order leaves our facility, we send a shipment confirmation with the carrier tracking reference. Use that reference on the carrier’s tracking page to view the most current movement and delivery information.
Carrier handoff and first scan
A shipping label and tracking number may be created before the carrier performs its first acceptance scan. After BH RUO transfers a package to the carrier, it can take time for the first scan or movement event to appear. This is a normal handoff interval and does not by itself indicate that the package is delayed or lost.
- Allow the carrier time to register the first scan after dispatch.
- Check the tracking page for transit exceptions, delivery attempts, or address issues.
- Confirm that the shipping address in your order confirmation is complete and accessible for delivery.
- Retain the order number and tracking reference for any support request.
Temperature-sensitive research materials
Some research materials may require cold-chain or temperature-conscious packaging based on their presentation and shipping conditions. When applicable, we prepare the shipment with the packaging approach selected for the material and transit window. Delivery timing matters for these shipments. Arrange for an authorized laboratory recipient to receive the package promptly and follow the product documentation and storage instructions after delivery.
Cold-chain packaging supports transport handling; it is not a guarantee of suitability for any particular experiment. Your laboratory remains responsible for inspection, receipt, storage, and use within an appropriate in-vitro research workflow.
If your package is delayed
First review the carrier tracking record, including any exception or delivery-attempt note. If the tracking has not progressed beyond a reasonable carrier handoff interval, or if a delivery issue appears, contact support@bhruo.com with your order number and tracking reference. We will review the shipment record and coordinate next steps as appropriate.
If your package arrives damaged
Do not open or use a visibly damaged package or compromised vial. Photograph the outer package, shipping label, packing materials, and affected contents as received, then contact support promptly with your order number. Keep all packaging available while the matter is reviewed. We may request additional details to assess a carrier or shipment-protection claim.
Do not return any research material without prior authorization. Opened or compromised materials should not be placed back into inventory because contamination control and traceability are essential.
