Support hours and response time

Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Messages received during business hours are reviewed as promptly as possible. We aim to respond within one business day; more complex documentation, shipping, or account matters may require additional review before we can provide a complete answer.

For the quickest resolution, include a concise description of your question, the relevant product or lot number, and any supporting order details. Do not send sensitive laboratory information unless it is necessary for the request.

For website, account, order-status, or general purchasing questions, contact support@bhruo.com. If your question concerns an existing order or a specific lot, include the order number in your message. This helps us locate the correct shipment and research-material record without delay.

General support can assist with order confirmation, address corrections before dispatch when feasible, shipment status, and routine policy questions. Our team cannot provide medical, clinical, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, dosing, or personal-use guidance.

Bulk and wholesale inquiries

Universities, contract research organisations, and commercial laboratories seeking volume purchasing, custom lyophilisation, custom fill volumes, or approved-account terms should contact bulk@bhruo.com. Please include your organization, requested materials, projected quantities, timing, and whether an NDA or account review is needed.

Bulk requests are evaluated for availability, account eligibility, and consistency with our research-use-only requirements. A request for a quote is not a commitment to supply, and custom-format discussions do not alter the material’s intended laboratory-research status.

Laboratory and CoA questions

For Certificates of Analysis, lot traceability, or batch documentation, contact lab@bhruo.com. Provide the full lot number exactly as printed on the label. For order-linked requests, include the order number as well. The laboratory support channel can help identify the appropriate batch documentation and explain the fields shown on it.
