Frequently Asked Questions
Purity, storage, shipping, returns and how the certificates work.
Each batch is synthesized to a target of 99% or better and independently verified by a third-party laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry. The measured figure for the batch you receive is printed on its Certificate of Analysis, which is published before the batch is released for sale.
A Certificate of Analysis is the third-party laboratory report for one production batch. It lists the identified compound, the measured purity, the analytical methods used and the test date. Batch numbers are formatted COMPOUND-YYYY/MM-BATCHID, for example 5A1MQ-2026/08-3483B. Match the batch number printed on your vial to the batch number on the certificate, or scan the QR code on the label to open every certificate for that compound.
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which inhibits bacterial growth. It is the standard diluent for reconstituting lyophilized research peptides and keeps a reconstituted vial stable under refrigeration for longer than sterile water alone.
Store lyophilized vials in a freezer at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. In lyophilized form they remain stable for extended periods under those conditions. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8 °C.
Orders are dispatched within one business day. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature in transit, so cold-chain shipping is not required for standard orders.
We ship within the United States and to Canada. Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs inspection, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Researchers elsewhere should contact our bulk orders team about options for their region.
Yes. Purchasing requires a free researcher account and a confirmation that the materials are for in vitro laboratory research only. You can create the account during checkout. Browsing the catalog and reading certificates does not require an account.
No. Everything sold here is strictly for in vitro and pre-clinical laboratory research. Nothing is for human or veterinary use, ingestion or injection, and none of it has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
